The Uruguayan President, Tabaré Vázquez, held a friendly face-to-face talk with Qin Yangwen, the Vice President of Yutong Group, in Shanghai on 25 March. During the talk, Mr. Qin made a brief introduction of Yutong’s domestic and international development and at the same time reviewed and forecast on the development in Latin American and Uruguayan markets.
